An inactive judge who stirred controversy during the course of her mental illness died at her Bangkok home on Tuesday morning at the age of 45. Chidchanok had lived in a two-storey shophouse with her mother on Phahon Yothin Soi 69 in Bang Khen district. Her mother found Chidchanok lying dead in front of a television on the first floor in the morning and alerted police. Chidchanok had worked as a judge for 10 years at the Office of the Judiciary. Colleagues said Chidchanok was an able judge who highly upheld justice.
